1. Has your doctor given you the green light to do sleep coaching? Does he or she say that your child should be able to sleep a certain number of hours a night based on his/her age, weight and health?
2. Is your child currently healthy?
3. Is your child 18 weeks of age or older?
4. Is your child currently going through an important transition or a developmental milestone?
5. Does your schedule allow you to focus on sleep coaching for the next couple of weeks?
6. Are all of the child's main caregivers on the same page regarding sleep coaching? Do you all share the same sleep goal(s)?
